Anyone who is in the event industry is welcome. This includes:

Salons, MUA, Invitations & Announcements, guest favors

We also welcome those who are not but cater to the newlywed or quinceanera demographic. This could be a Prenup Lawyer, a Real Estate Agent, or Community Organizers!

BOOTH GUIDELINES

There must be a representative at your booth at all times to ensure the best experience possible for our expo attendees. All signage is to be placed in designated booth space only.

We will need to know if you will be bringing your own tent and/or large displays to ensure your booth is placed in a good location, not blocking other vendor booths.

Additional chairs, tables, or electricity are to be added in the payment process.

Those wish to distribute food samples, may be allowed. This is provided food samples are no larger than bite-size and beverage sizes no larger than three ounces. Please contact us for more information

Distribution of company advertising outside of designated area is prohibited unless authorized by the SEATTLE EXPO QUINCEANERA + WEDDINGS Executive Team, not volunteer.
