More Than an Expo: Looking Back at Last Year

Before we look ahead to our next event, we wanted to look back at what makes this event so special — and why we continue to do it year after year.
At the heart of our expo is our Latino community, while always welcoming families and businesses from all backgrounds.
We know how much work it takes to build a business, especially in an ever-changing event industry. Our expo gives local businesses, creatives, and vendors a space to share what they do, meet new families, and build relationships that go far beyond one event.
In our community, the people we trust with our biggest celebrations often become part of our family traditions. The photographer you meet for a quinceañera may be there again for a wedding. The caterer from a baptism may be the one you call for the next birthday. From baptisms and birthdays to quinceañeras and weddings, these businesses become part of some of our most important milestones.
That sense of community is what this expo has always been about — creating opportunities, celebrating culture, and bringing people together especially in a world where so much happens digitally.
With that said, let’s look back at what our 2025 expo brought together...
The Stage

The stage is obviously a focal point of our event. It’s where performers come to showcase what they do through live performances, choreography, and more. It’s also a space for our vendors and sponsors to share the passion behind their work. Reyes Events, for example, shared his academy and nonprofit Events that Benefit created to uplift and empower youth in our Latino community.
And of course, a big part of our stage is the fashion shows! Quinceañera and bridal dresses take the spotlight, giving families a chance to see the latest styles come to life. Last year, Marilyn’s Boutique and Celeste Boutique brought beautiful looks to the runway and plenty of inspiration for future celebrations.

Beyond the Runway
Beauty professionals are a huge part of making both the expo and the celebrations we showcase possible. Our sponsor, Fantastica Beauty Salon, is always there supporting our models behind the scenes and showcasing their work on the runway, while other talented beauty professionals bring their work directly to their booths.
Throughout the expo, families can meet local businesses and creatives face-to-face, ask questions, discover new ideas, and maybe even find the vendors who will be part of their celebrations for years to come.

There are so many more moments we could share, and we’re just getting started.
